Project: Technical Project Management in the Automotive Industry

During 2024–2025, ALL Projektutveckling has been entrusted with leading several advanced technical projects within one of Sweden’s leading players in the automotive industry. The projects have aimed to create future-proof test environments, technical infrastructure, and modern office spaces for product development—in a high-tech and security-sensitive setting.

The assignments have included project management and technical coordination of construction, power, IT, HVAC, and advanced specialized installations. The work has been carried out both in newly constructed facilities and as part of renovations in existing, operationally critical premises.

The projects have demanded very high levels of:
